Return Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original date of purchase on new and unused items. The pet carrier must be new and in the original packaging, showing no signs of use, pet hair, odor or damage. Please contact sales@kibbletime.com to initiate a return. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation email. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged from the carrier, refuse it if possible. Otherwise note the damage so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. Damaged or defective items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Please contact sales@kibbletime.com to initiate a refund or exchange. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation email. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
KibbleTime will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, incorrect or defective items that are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please contact sales@kibbletime.com for a return shipping label.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days. In most cases processing will be faster.
